Service engagements
Paid services are supplied only under an accepted proposal, statement of work or contract defining scope, evidence requirements, customer responsibilities, deliverables, review dates, fees and liability.
AI Assurance Passport
The AI Assurance Passport is a structured, dated evidence package based on an agreed scope, customer declarations and reviewed evidence. It is not a government-issued certification. Its status may be suspended or withdrawn following a material change, incident, overdue review or unsupported claim.
Customer information and evidence
Customers must provide accurate information, have authority to share evidence and notify Kilwhiss AI Assurance of material changes affecting the agreed scope. Credentials, secrets and unnecessary personal information must not be submitted through public forms.
Professional boundaries
Legal conclusions and regulated matters should be reviewed by appropriately qualified professionals. Reviews reflect the evidence and circumstances available at the stated date and do not eliminate business, regulatory, cyber-security or AI risk.
Intellectual property
Each party retains its pre-existing materials. Ownership and permitted use of reports, evidence packs, templates and other deliverables are defined in the accepted agreement.
Third-party services
AI platforms, cloud services and other suppliers operate under their own terms, availability and data-handling arrangements. Kilwhiss AI Assurance does not control third-party services.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Other exclusions and financial limits are governed by the accepted agreement and applicable law.
