Up to five systems, with an inventory, risk register, acceptable-use policy and six-month review. Baseline records rely on client-supplied evidence.
£495 setup + £49/month, excluding VAT where applicable.
Passport Managed
Up to 15 systems, with a discovery workshop, staff survey, supplier and data-flow review, policies, staff awareness and quarterly Passport review.
£1,250 setup + £175/month, excluding VAT where applicable.
AI Risk and Readiness Sprint
A deeper two-week engagement for up to five use cases: facilitated risk appetite, completed risk and treatment records, RACI and prepared deployment approval records.
Client owners retain approval and risk-acceptance decisions. Missing or unverified evidence is identified explicitly. Additional discovery, specialist assurance and work beyond the agreed package require separate scope.
