Would your team spot a false approver, or stop an AI agent exceeding its authority?

A bounded 90-minute tabletop exercise for one payment or sensitive-data workflow.

Rehearse an impersonated approver and an agent acting beyond its permitted authority. Make verification, escalation and stop decisions practical for the team running the workflow.

What your team will work through

We first map the ordinary verification route, then challenge it with a false approver and a requested action outside the agent’s authority. A practice may use changed supplier bank details; a property team, changed payment instructions; a legal team, release of a sensitive matter document. We select one scenario in the agreed workflow.

You receive a revised verification procedure, an escalation map and an action log linked to the relevant AI approval and exception records. Each action has an owner and due date; the client owner approves procedures before they take effect.

Practical boundaries

Up to six client participants. The 90 minutes cover facilitation; preparation and a factual review of outputs are included in the scoped quote. Proposed turnaround is two working days, subject to agreement.

No real payments, live impersonation, production-system attacks or independent technical testing. A tabletop exercise identifies decision and process gaps; it does not prove technical controls enforce the policy.
